Terms of Use
1. Pretend play only
Little Cashier is an entertainment and pretend-play application. It is not a point-of-sale system, does not process real payments, does not verify prices or products, and does not connect to store inventory.
2. License and acceptable use
DeggiApps grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices under the applicable Google Play terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or use the app for unlawful activity except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
3. Device features and exported files
Some features require permission to use the camera or create and share receipt files. You control whether to grant permissions or share a file. You are responsible for the content you enter and for where you choose to send exported receipts.
4. Children and supervision
The app is intended for family-friendly pretend play. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child's use of the device, camera, and sharing features.
5. Ownership
The app, its design, code, graphics, and related content are owned by DeggiApps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the app, maintain compatibility, comply with law, or address security concerns. We do not promise that every feature will remain available on every device.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DeggiApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum extent allowed by applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the app or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
