Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

Short version: Stacker is an offline-capable arcade block-stacking game. It does not require an account, does not collect personal identifiers, and keeps gameplay progress, high scores, and power-up inventory strictly on your local device. It integrates Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads (e.g. to revive or earn power-ups). AdMob processes limited device and diagnostic data as described below.

1. Who we are

Stacker is developed and published by DeggiApps. This privacy policy applies to the Android mobile game identified by the package name com.deggiapps.stacker.

2. Information handled by the game

Stacker does not require user registration or an account. We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or payment-card details. Game state—including highest score, cosmic themes unlocked, sound and vibration preferences, and power-up inventory—is stored locally and exclusively on your device using Android Jetpack DataStore / SharedPreferences.

3. Device permissions

Stacker requests minimal permissions strictly necessary for core features:

Network permissions (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used exclusively to retrieve and display video advertisements via Google AdMob and check connectivity.
Vibration (VIBRATE): Used to provide tactile haptic feedback when blocks drop, slice, or align perfectly. This can be toggled off at any time using the in-game audio/haptics toggle button.

The game does not request runtime permissions for camera, microphone, device storage files, or fine/coarse GPS location.

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

Stacker uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to display opt-in rewarded video advertisements (for example, allowing you to revive your tower streak or earn extra power-ups). Viewing these ads is entirely voluntary.

Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain device and diagnostic data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes:

IP address (used to infer general, non-precise location such as country or city);
App interactions, such as ad impressions, completed video views, and ad clicks;
Diagnostic data, including app or SDK performance, crash logs, and load latency; and
Device or app identifiers (such as the resettable Google Advertising ID, subject to your device privacy controls).

Information sent to Google is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). Google handles this data under its own privacy policy: Google Privacy & Terms. DeggiApps does not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Local storage, data retention, and deletion

Your high scores, settings, and power-up inventory remain stored locally on your device until you clear the app's data in Android system settings or uninstall the application. DeggiApps does not operate external user accounts or retain your gameplay data on remote servers.

6. In-app purchases

The current version of Stacker does not offer real-money in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions. All power-ups, themes, and game features are unlocked through gameplay achievements or voluntary rewarded ad views.

7. Children's privacy

Stacker is a casual arcade game suitable for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Advertising requests are configured in accordance with Google Play Family and Child-Directed policies where applicable.

8. Support communications

If you contact us via email for customer support or feedback, DeggiApps uses your message and reply address solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve technical issues. You may request deletion of support correspondence at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the game or applicable legal requirements evolve. Any revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
