Terms of Use
1. License and acceptable use
DeggiApps grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and play Stacker for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible Android devices, subject to applicable Google Play terms and conditions.
2. Virtual items and power-ups
Stacker includes virtual gameplay items, including scores, power-ups (Feather Fall, Quantum Magnet, Titanium Hold, Manual Placement), and cosmic themes. These elements are virtual gameplay mechanics intended solely for entertainment. They have no real-world monetary value, do not constitute personal property, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, sold, traded, or transferred.
3. Advertisements and rewards
The game offers voluntary rewarded video ads provided via Google AdMob. Watching an ad grants specific in-game advantages (such as a single revive per run or power-up inventory charges). While we strive for seamless ad delivery, DeggiApps does not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted ad inventory at all times.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- Use automated scripts, bots, hacks, or cheats to manipulate game scores, mechanics, or ad delivery;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the game or its assets.
5. Intellectual property
The game, its software architecture, physics simulation engine, graphic design, particle effects, UI themes, and brand names are owned by DeggiApps and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by DeggiApps.
6. Availability and modifications
We may update, patch, alter, or discontinue features of Stacker at any time to improve performance, maintain compatibility, comply with legal requirements, or balance game mechanics. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on all hardware configurations or Android versions indefinitely.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stacker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeggiApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) Stacker.
9. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Any revisions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the game following any updates indicates acceptance of the amended terms.
