Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Cosmic 4D Live Wallpapers, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. License and acceptable use

DeggiApps grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use Cosmic 4D Live Wallpapers for personal, non-commercial customization on compatible Android devices, subject to applicable Google Play terms and conditions.

2. Free wallpapers and optional "Remove Ads" purchase

All cosmic live wallpapers included in the application (5D Tesseract, Stellar Nebula, Gargantua Black Hole, Synthwave Sunset, Cyberpunk Neon, and Planet Earth with Real Moon) are provided free of charge. The configuration screen displays advertisements via Google AdMob and offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (remove_ads_cosmic_wallpapers) processed by Google Play to permanently disable ads.

3. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
Redistribute, repackage, resell, or sublicense the application or its procedural rendering engine;
Manipulate or interfere with ad delivery or billing verification mechanisms.

4. Intellectual property

The application, its mathematical 4D projection and procedural rendering engine (CosmicCanvasEngine), UI design, and brand elements are owned by DeggiApps and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Availability and updates

We may update, enhance, or modify features of Cosmic 4D Live Wallpapers at any time to improve performance, battery efficiency, or Android OS compatibility.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic 4D Live Wallpapers is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeggiApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Any updates will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
